Great IPTV Refund Policy
Test the service free for 24 hours before you pay a cent. If you do subscribe and it's not the right fit, ask for your money back within 24 hours and we'll send it.
This page covers how refunds work at Great IPTV — what you're entitled to before you pay, what you can claim back if you do pay and change your mind, and the few situations where a refund won't apply. We've kept it short and in plain English on purpose.
1. Try It Free First (24-Hour Trial)
Before any money changes hands, you get a 24-hour free trial with no credit card. You'll see the same channels and features as a paying customer, on the same servers. If it doesn't play well on your TV, your internet, or your favourite app, you walk away — nothing charged, nothing to cancel.
That's why our standing advice is simple: use the trial before you subscribe. It saves everyone the refund paperwork.
2. 24-Hour Money-Back Window
If you do subscribe to a paid plan and it's just not for you, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. No interrogation, no "what went wrong" survey unless you want to share.
- The request needs to land within 24 hours of the original payment time.
- This applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals are handled in section 4.
- The refund goes back to the same card, wallet, or method you paid with.
- Banks and payment providers typically take 3–7 business days to show it on your statement.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
One message is enough. Pick whichever is easiest:
- WhatsApp: message us on WhatsApp — usually the fastest way
- Contact form: fill out the contact page and we'll reply by email
Include the email you signed up with and roughly when you paid — that's all we need to find your account. We work refund requests within 48 hours of receiving them, often the same day.
4. Renewals and Auto-Renew
Subscriptions renew on their own unless you cancel before the renewal date. Charges that come from a renewal aren't covered by the 24-hour money-back window — that one only applies to your first payment. If you want to stop a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before it's due, or message us and we'll handle it for you.
5. When a Refund Doesn't Apply
There are a few situations where we can't issue a refund. They're rare, but worth knowing about:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the first payment.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — sharing logins, reselling without permission, or trying to bypass region rules.
- You've already opened a chargeback with your bank. In that case, please cancel the chargeback and talk to us directly — it's faster and friendlier on both sides.
6. Buffering, Black Screens, and Other Tech Trouble
If something's broken — channels missing, stream stuttering, app won't load — talk to us before you ask for a refund. Nine times out of ten it's a quick fix on our side or a tweak in the app, and we'll have you back up in minutes. Our support team's on WhatsApp 24/7. Ping us anytime and we'll sort it.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time — usually to make it clearer or to reflect changes in how payments work. Any new version takes effect from the date it's published at the top of this page. If you're already a subscriber when something changes, the terms you signed up under still apply to that purchase.
8. Still Have Questions?
If anything here is unclear or you'd rather talk it through, drop us a message. A real person from the Great IPTV team will get back to you.
