Great IPTV Terms & Conditions
Here's the agreement between you and us. Plain English where we can, formal where the law expects it.
This document ("Terms") is the agreement that applies whenever you visit greateiptv.online, sign up for an account, or pay for a Great IPTV subscription. If you use any part of the service, you're telling us you've read these Terms, you understand them, and you accept them as written.
1. Definitions
A few words show up a lot in this document. Here's what they mean:
- "We", "us", "our" — Great IPTV, the operator of greateiptv.online and the streaming service described on it.
- "You", "your" — the person who creates an account, starts a trial, or buys a plan.
- "Service" — the live channels, on-demand library, electronic programme guide, and any tool we make available behind your login.
- "Subscription" — a paid plan tied to a billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
2. Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms the moment you do any one of the following: open an account, click through the trial signup, pay for a plan, or simply load a stream behind a Great IPTV login. The same goes for our Privacy Policy, which sits alongside this document. If you can't agree to either, please close the tab and don't use the service.
3. Subscription
Great IPTV is a paid streaming subscription. We deliver live channels and on-demand titles over an internet connection that you provide. The plans we sell at the time you buy include:
- Billing cycles of one month, three months, six months, or twelve months.
- Connection tiers covering one screen, two screens, and households that need more devices.
- A short trial offered once per new customer, so you can check the service before paying.
Channel lineups, on-demand titles, and feature sets shift over time as broadcasters add or pull content. We don't promise any specific channel will stay in the lineup forever, and we may add or remove items without giving advance notice.
4. Account Creation
- You'll need a working email address. We send your activation details and renewal reminders there, so use one you actually check.
- Your password and any device-level credentials we issue are yours to look after. If something goes wrong because you handed them out, that's on you.
- One subscription belongs to one household. Sharing logins outside your home isn't permitted, regardless of how convenient it might be.
- You must be 18 or older — or whatever the local age of majority is where you live — to sign up.
5. Payment & Billing
- Plan prices are listed in US dollars unless your local checkout flow shows otherwise. Local taxes or processor fees can be added at the moment of purchase.
- Payments run through outside processors — typically Stripe, PayPal, or accepted cryptocurrencies. We don't keep your card numbers or wallet keys on our servers.
- Recurring plans renew on the same date your previous billing cycle ended, unless you cancel before that date.
- You'll get a heads-up email a few days before any auto-renewal. Watching for that email and acting on it if you'd rather stop is your responsibility, not ours.
6. Free Trial
The Great IPTV trial is a one-time offer. New customers get a short window — usually 24 hours — to test the service end to end. You'll need to share basic contact details and a working device so we can activate it. Trials are not transferable, can't be stacked, and may be limited or refused if we see signs of abuse, like repeat signups from the same household.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any point. Send us a message on WhatsApp or use the contact form, and we'll close out auto-renewal for you. The plan you've already paid for keeps running until the end of the cycle — we don't pull access early when you cancel.
8. Acceptable Use
Use Great IPTV the way it's meant to be used: at home, on devices you own or control, for personal viewing. That means you can:
- Watch on any compatible device that signs into your subscription.
- Run as many simultaneous streams as your plan allows under one roof.
- Move between devices day to day — phone, smart TV, set-top box — provided you stay inside the connection limit.
What you can't do is also straightforward:
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or hand off your login credentials to anyone outside your household.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to pull content or hammer our endpoints.
- Try to defeat geo-blocks, DRM, or any protection put in place by us or by the rights holders behind a channel.
- Record, copy, repackage, or rebroadcast our streams in any form.
- Use the service inside a business — a bar, hotel, gym, café, or office — without first agreeing a commercial arrangement with us in writing.
- Do anything that knocks our network around: heavy automated load, denial-of-service attempts, or probing for vulnerabilities.
Breaching this section is grounds for instant suspension and a forfeited subscription fee, with no refund.
9. Intellectual Property
The channels and on-demand titles you see through Great IPTV are the property of the broadcasters and studios that produced them. We don't own that content; we deliver it under licence. The greateiptv.online site itself — the layout, the text, the logo, the code, the artwork — belongs to Great IPTV. None of it may be copied, mirrored, scraped, or reused without written permission from us.
10. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we're not in a position to guarantee perfection. So far as the law lets us limit it, Great IPTV won't be liable for indirect losses, lost income, lost data, or any consequential damage that follows from using or not being able to use the service. If a court ever finds us liable for something, the ceiling on what we owe you is the amount you paid us during the billing cycle the dispute relates to. Nothing in this clause cuts away rights that local law forbids us to limit.
11. Indemnity
If a third party comes after Great IPTV, our staff, or our agents because of how you used the service — for example, you broke section 8, or you posted something that infringed someone else's rights — you agree to cover the legal costs, settlements, and damages we end up paying. This obligation survives even after your subscription ends.
12. Service Availability
The service runs around the clock and we target a 99.9% uptime figure month over month. That said, the open internet has bad nights, and so does any streaming platform. We're not on the hook for downtime caused by:
- Your home internet connection, router, modem, or device.
- Maintenance windows we schedule, or emergency fixes we have to push out.
- Force majeure events: storms, outages, infrastructure failures upstream of us.
- Channel feeds going dark because a broadcaster pulled the signal or changed terms.
13. Termination
We can suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms, doesn't pay, or seems to be running fraud against us. Where it makes sense, we'll reach out first to give you a chance to fix the problem. In the case of a clear breach — credential resale, scraping, abuse — we'll terminate without warning and won't owe you a refund. You're free to walk away whenever you like by following the cancellation steps in section 7.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are read under the rules of international commercial law, and any dispute between you and Great IPTV will be approached first through good-faith conversation. If that doesn't fix things within 30 days, the matter goes to binding arbitration on a one-to-one basis. Class actions and group arbitrations aren't available here, to the extent local law permits us to say so.
15. Changes to These Terms
The streaming business changes a lot — payment rules shift, broadcasters renegotiate, regulators publish new guidance. So we may update this document from time to time. When that happens, we'll bump the "Last updated" line at the top and, where the change is meaningful, send a note to your account email. If you keep using Great IPTV after that, we'll take that as your acceptance of the updated version.
16. Contact
Got a question about anything you've just read? Drop us a line through the contact page and we'll get back to you. For urgent account issues, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach support.
